Created new Asset - 2_ Column page_no pics

1.  after Template, Config sets, then set up Asset Factories.
2. Last step in Asset Factories > Edit > Applicable Groups . Choose Facilities so that a new  folder will appear under New on Taskbar .  The new folder contains new assets.

Discuss with Client

1.Programs/Projects =  Power Failure Safeguards - illegible, indistinct image.  Text too long, Jump links icons space waster

Further discussions with FM Client (Leslie Pearlman)

1.  No pages to open new window with one exception = Sustainability, to avoid user confusion because of similarity to FM look/feel.
2.  Add fmavc e-mail to Footer /  Comments&Questions.

Final preparations - System Admin requirements - Discuss with Ying.

1. Send e-mail to Sys Admin (Brian)  to move resources from test to fm.uci.edu.
  -  De-associate cmstest2 with fm in node2abs.adcom.uci.edu
2.  Rename existing fm folder in node2abs to "fmold" .  Then archive the fmold folder later.
3. Rename cmstest2  folder to fm  - has to carry permission from cmstest2
4. In CMS change Transport from Web/vhost/cmstest2 to Web/vhost/fm
5.  Sys Admin (Brian Craft) then can request DNS change.
6. In CMS check the Search function (Ultraseek).
