12/13/2010 - First draft of requirements completed.

Timesheet Performance Improvement: 10/29/2010 - Generating risk assessment for entire timesheet process - OIT, DDM, and Facilities. Waiting on DDM.

Work Order Performance Improvement: Contact Center Enhancements
12/13/2010 - Final feedback -
   1. Remove after hours request class - add it as a comment type. Add request classes for Central Plant to cover each type of work.
  2. Add specific requests classes - work with Service Desk group to define actual classes used.

Tentative turnover week of 1/10/2010 (after holidays)

Preventive Maintenance - Central Plant and Security 
11/19/2010 - Lino will provide PMs week of 12/1/2010 - Continued enhancements based on feedback from Central Plant.

Renovation Report - Ability to switch accounts - Turnover week of 1/13/2010

Fleet Services - iPool replacement and application integration for:
1. iPool
2. Mitchell
3. PetroVend

FACnet inventory and Organization Security audit in progress Documenting and coordinating responsibilities of groups involved with FACnet.

Fleet - PetroVend Installation 

Tom Vu is working with PetroVend installer with remaining software issues. Expected to be completed week of 1/3/2010

FACserv Inventory
Completed analysis of work required to implement inventory management for pilot use by Sign shop.

Fleet Services backup and recovery policy updates 11/19/2010 - Working on detection policy for Mitchell and PetroVend backup failures. This has been put on hold until after PetroVend installation.

Productivity and Aging Reports
Working with Larry B. on how to best present the reports
Waiting for feedback from Paul H. regarding content for supervisors.

Tririga Upgrade
Installation of version 10 - finished week of 12/13/2010 with demo prepared for mid January. Facilities demo will help determine next steps.
12/13/2010 - Analysis of Tririga data warehouse (will be end of life) replacement.
12/13/2010 - Negotiating costs and responsibilities with Tririga
