Tririga Upgrade
1/27/2011 - Tririga 10 installation complete. Will demo to FACserv group the week of 1/30/2011.

Continued analysis of data warehouse replacement and how will fit in with the overall upgrade and long term FM IT strategy.

Timesheet Performance Improvement: 10/29/2010 - Generating risk assessment for entire timesheet process - OIT, DDM, and Facilities. Waiting on DDM.

1/13/2011 - Still waiting on DDM.

Work Order Performance Improvement: Contact Center Enhancements 
  1. Add specific requests classes - work with Service Desk group to define actual classes used.
   2. Adding request classes for Central Plant.

Completed. Request class approval may require additional analysis. In which case the turnover will continue without the specific request classes so new functionality is not delayed further.

Preventive Maintenance - HVAC, Central Plant and Security 
1/27/2011 - Focus now on blanket initiated scheduled work. Met with Kevin Lane to review new process.

Updating staging box week of 1/30/2001. Once complete Kevin will test scheduled work functionality and provide feedback.

Will determine next steps based on feedback. Supervisors will be generating work using new process in time for next fiscal year.

 

 

Fleet Services - iPool replacement and application integration for:
1. iPool
2. Mitchell
3. PetroVend

1/28/2011 - Test environments set up for all three systems.

Megatrak - old fuel system - Analyzing how to archive and have data available for reporting.
Evaluating FACserv reservation functionality for use as iPool replacement.

 

FACnet inventory and Organization

1/13/2011 - No new updates
1/27/2011 - Determing amount of information already available for publishing energy consumption and metrics.

Security audit in progress

Documenting and coordinating responsibilities of groups involved with FACnet.

Productivity and Aging Reports
1/27/2011 - P. Howland approved of reports (verbal). Will work with Larry to determine best method to communicate data variances in report and format reports for delivery to supervisors.

 

 

 

FACserv Inventory
1/27/2011 - Approval for moving forward with inventory implementation in Sign Shop.
Received Grainger inventory list (with Grainger ids) to integrate with existing Shop Stores inventory.Will use Grainger id as replacement to legacy FM inventory id.
Met with Grainger reps during open house day. Grainger also uses Tririga and our reps will meet with that group to determine how they are implementing inventory.

Fleet Services backup and recovery policy updates

1/13/2011 - Remaining item - how to recover from failure with PetroVend. Data must be retrieved from IO Controller

FACserv: Managing maintainable space
1/27/2011 - Expansion of FDX on hold while OIT investigates CAD integration with FACserv. It has the ability to generate space from CAD drawings and update the drawings with updates in FACserv (such as equipment).
