  1. If you haven't already, follow the instructions to switch from a homepage to a dashboard located on the Dashboards page.
  2. Input "Dashboard" into the filter navigator.

  3. Under Self-Service, click on Dashboards.

  4. Click on All.



  5. Apply your desired dashboard by clicking on the card associated with it. In this example, we are using a dashboard titled Test Dashboard.





  6. Click the sharing button at the top right of the content frame.

  7. A side panel will emerge. Click the plus button to add groups and users.

  8. Search for groups and users in the Add recipient field and select your recipient by clicking on their name or group.

  9. Adjust their privileges to either Can view or Can edit in the dropdown at the bottom of the sidebar. Click Share.

  10. Your dashboard will now be visible and shared with the groups and users you specified.
