Aspect ratio

...

The aspect ratio of the marquee is the ratio of its width to its height. If left as ‘auto’ the height of the marquee will match that of its text content. You can adjust this by entering a desired aspect ratio using w:h syntax.

If the entered aspect ratio causes the text to overflow, the marquee will automatically increase its height to prevent that. In this case, the actual aspect ratio of the marquee will not match the provided aspect ratio.
