Marketplace has two modules: uStore and uPay. The department will request the roles for the appropriate module.

uStore allows departments to configure a vendor-hosted storefront and products.

KSAMS Role	Duties	Comments
Marketplace - uStore Manager	Responsible for managing store settings, such as the store images, store categories, store payment methods, and shipping rates. Responsible for assigning uStore clerks, a uStore accountant, and fulfiller users (including a fulfiller with refund/cancel rights). Responsible for adding and editing products. Responsible for creating store promotions. Can view uStore reports.	Can May be business and/or IT, depending on department
Marketplace - uStore Clerk	Responsible for adding and editing products. Responsible for moving products among categories.	Can May be business and/or IT, depending on department
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller	Responsible for fulfilling orders.	Not used
Marketplace - uStore Fulfiller with Cancel/Refund Rights	Responsible for fulfilling orders as well as refunding and cancelling orders.	Business
Marketplace - uStore Accountant	Responsible for viewing uStore reports.	Business

uPay allows an existing department storefront to connect to a Marketplace-hosted payment page for credit card collection.
