- Select the option and the XML report table would be displayed (Since there might be multiple versions of XML sorted from latest to earliest)
- The XML content will also display underneath the table
- Select "Get XML document" to download the .xml file

What if I need to make changes to an report already submitted or XML report is created?

Report modification requires resetting the status of the report to "Work in Progress" so that department can make changes. When the changes are completed, user can resubmit the report for ARRA Administrators to approve the report. After the report is approved, administrator can "Mark the report upload" and a new XML file is generated.
In the XML document view, there will be multiple XML reports downloadable from the table. Select the "Downlaod XML Report" to get the latest document (the file last generated)
