Overview
The reports application in ServiceNow is an extremely useful tool, not just for managers and leadership roles in OIT, but for the regular staff member in order to ask questions of the SN database and display that data in a visually appealing way. These reports can be copied, shared, exported, etc., and allow the SN user to make informed decisions. In addition, reports can be used to configure widgets on a dashboard to make information easily accessible. Use the guides below to explore the reporting application and its core functionality.
