Overview

The current Contact Tracing module features several list views that aid in searching for cases and case tasks. Follow the below instructions to navigate to the list of cases that have been closed or cancelled.

View Closed Cases

  1. Enter 'Contact' in the filter navigator at the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Click on the Closed Cases list under the Case Management module.

    Image Added

  3. The list that appears includes all cases with a Case State of Closed or Cancelled.
