The Architecture Review is conducted by the Architecture Review Board (ARB). The ARB will review the project and make recommendations based on what is known about existing resources and OIT's ability to support proposed solutions.

the ARB Chairs (as of 2022: Dana Watanabe and Seth Roby ). Project Proposals submitted to the ARB must be accompanied by an Architecture Review Summary document. This document contains a series of questions that will help the ARB make recommendations on the project. When completing the Architecture Review, only summary information is needed where details are available from other sources. Questions that cannot be answered at the time the Architecture Review is completed will be filled in by the ARB or other sources consulted during the course of the proposal review.
