Overview
Dashboards are an easy way in ServiceNow to display different performance metrics, reporting, and widgets on a single screen. They can be created, customized, and tailored to fit the specific needs of a user. In addition, dashboards can be shared with multiple users, which makes them ideal for teams looking to display records relating to open tasks, projects, charts, etc. However, in order to switch to using dashboards instead of a homepage, you must change a general setting so that your most recent dashboard is loaded instead of a homepage when navigating home. Follow the instructions below to switch to a dashboard first before continuing on to a different guide.
