Overview
The Knowledge Base is one of the primary sources for information involving anything OIT, ServiceNow, support, etc. There are really only three places any OIT staff should need to look for ServiceNow documentation: Confluence, ServiceNow (their official documentation), and the knowledge baseKnowledge Base. Also, anyone with access can create content in the knowledge baseKnowledge Base, so there is a wealth of information that can be searched through. Follow the guides below to explore some of the its core functionality of the knowledge base.
