Overview

Often times in ServiceNow, one will find themselves creating many records for similar purpose, or with similar information. This can be a tedious process, increase the chance that an error might be made when entering information, and limits productivity. The solution to this problem is to create a template that will autofill most information, and allow the user to edit just the specific information that changes between records.
