| 1 | Add/Change an Account Number | - If it isn't already open, press Show next to the Edit TEMProfile tab.
- If you already know the account number, then under the Default Accounting heading input the number in the Account Number field.

| 2 | Lookup the Account Number by Account Name | If you don't already know the account number, here's how to look it up while you are editing your TEM Profile. - Next to the Account Number field, press the spyglass icon to lookup the account number. A new page will open.
- In the Account Name field, enter what you know and surround the query with *. For example if I were looking up the help desk, I would enter the following: *help desk*
- Press Search and the results will appear down below.
- Under the Account Number column, find the account number you would like to use and select return_value.
- You will be taken back to your TEM Profile and the account number will automatically be added.
