| 1 | Access the Account Lookup page | In the KFS Lookups & Requests portlet, select Chart of Accounts and then select Account. |
| 2 | Lookup by Account Number | - In the Account Number field, enter the account number and press Search down below).
- In the search results below, you will see the account number and you can verify the name of as well as other information about the account.

| 3 | Lookup by Account Name | - In the Account Name field, enter what you know and surround the query with *. For example if I were looking up the help desk, I would enter the following: *help desk*
- Press Search and the results will appear down below.
- Under the Account Number columnIn the search results, you will find see the account name as well as other information about the account number you were looking for.

| 4 | Lookup by Organization Code | - In the Organization Code field, enter the 4-digit org code and press Search down below.
- A list of all the accounts for that org will appear in the results below.
