| Submit your application for review by Architecture Review Board | - Contact one of the Software Development Directors in OIT to assemble a team of appropriate software engineers that can help do a peer review of the application architecture.
- Project Proposals submitted to the ARB must be accompanied by an Architecture Review Summary document. This document contains a series of questions that will help the ARB make recommendations on the project. When completing the Architecture Review, only summary information is needed where details are available from other sources. Questions that cannot be answered at the time the Architecture Review is completed will be filled in by the ARB or other sources consulted during the course of the proposal review. (A summary of the questions that are asked in the Architecture Review document are available in the Architecture Review Decision Matrix.)

| Recommendation of ARB reviewed? | - After considering the recommendations of the ARB, an application must be approved by Executive Management prior to release for general use.
