| Implement easy-to-use "save query" functionality in Cognos reports (ServiceNow) | It is difficult for Cognos users to save query selections to easily re-run the same report at a later time. Implement an easy-to-use "save query" where the user presses a "Save" button, a window pops-up and asks for a name (optionally, a description) and all parameters will be saved. Also implement a "Load" button where the user can choose a previously-saved query. When a saved query is chosen, the prompt screen is re-loaded with all previous parameters.
