After logging into KSAMS, go to Access Go to KSAMS » Access Request tab » Add Request.
How do I check the status of my KSAMS request?
Go to KSAMS » Approval Queue tab » Document Search. You can enter the initiator or the grantee and the date created as search parameters. You will get a list of results that you can drill-down.
At the drill-down, you can expand Route Log and see where the request is awaiting approval, and who the approvers are.
I'm still having issues with KSAMS...
