We are in a major transition phase where the legacy data warehouse built in 1996 and the legacy reporting tool BLISS, are being replaced with a new campus data warehouse and reporting tool (IBM Cognos). This transition started with the Kuali FS go-live in July, 2014 and we expect to be fully transitioned to the new and integrated campus data warehouse and Cognos in 2017, with the new Student Information System and UCPath go-lives.

| Hours of operation: Decision Support is generally available 24x7, except for emergencies and the following scheduled maintenance windows: - Mondays 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Saturdays 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM
