A: Due to a bug in Firefox, you will need to download the report from EDL as a PDF.

| 1 | To begin, click the If you want to first verify the report you're looking at, click on the Format icon |  |
| 2 | A window will pop up, and PDF is selected by default. Select HTML in the list and then select the Refresh icon (with the green arrows). |  |

| 5 | If you wish to save just the single departmental report you are currently looking at:

| 6 | If you wish to save all the departmental reports for this month into one big file: In the pop-up window, specify All Pages, format PDF, uncheck the Compress PDF checkbox and then click the Download pages icon. | |
| 7 | You will see a dialog box. Select Save File and then OK. The file will appear in your Downloads folder. |  |
