Suggestions:
- To prevent from making KFS Accounts a moving target when reloading the COA, once KFS Accounts have been loaded/converted, freeze them. The re-loading jobs could be modified to check the existence of the account-fund in the crosswalk and not create a new KFS Account for it, only create those that do not exists. This would help feeders who have no choice but to hard code certain Accounts in their code. This has been a problem during their testing because of changing Accounts.
- It has been suggested that we need to set a drop dead date if we miss the milestone for complete data conversion. If such a date is missed then the "go live" date should be revised.
