• Please stop by the front tables to pick up a name badge and your ice cream ticket. Limit 1 ice cream ticket per person.

• The Ice Cream truck will offer an assortment of ice cream treats - plenty of dairy & non-dairy options!  You may choose any item from the menu.

• Parking is free but carpooling is advised.

Register:

1. Go to https://www.anti-cancerchallenge.org/Account/Register .

2. Enter your email.

3. Enter your name and create a password. Click Register.

4. Follow the instructions to complete the 2023 event waiver. The link will take you to a DocuSign form to complete.

5. Choose In-Person: RUNNER/WALKER for Participant Type.

6. Enter a minimum of $50 for Goal Amount.

   • Please note: As a participant, you commit to paying or fundraising a minimum of $50.

7. Fill out the remaining required fields with a red asterisk *.

8. Under JOIN A TEAM, enter Baby gOIT Track.

*Online registration ends 2 days before the event, but you can register onsite the morning of the event starting at 6AM.

This year's visit will take place on October 18^th at 10 AM.  This is not an OIT-sponsored event, so transportation to the pumpkin patch and admission fees are up to you. You can pre-purchase your ticket on Tanaka Farms website. Please be sure to select the correct date and time.

The OIT Social Committee would like to invite you to a ghoulishly delightful Halloween Costume Party!

Wear your Halloween best and get creative! Prizes will be awarded for Scariest, Most Creative and Best Overall!  Participate in-person or over zoom.

 It will be an afternoon of howling activities:

• 12:00-1:00p: Pizza lunch

• 1:00-1:30p:  Costume contest

• 1:30-2:00p:  Kahoots trivia game with Cybersecurity Team (more prizes to be awarded here too)

• 2:30-3:30p:  All-staff meeting
